Policy:

Tennis Point Inc. or the tennis instructor is not liable for injuries sustained by students in tennis programs, even though such injuries occur on tennis court, tennis classes, or in competition.

Tennis Point Inc. or the tennis instructor does not undertake to be the insurer of its students and its liability under the law must be based on fault.

Accordingly, students are advised to be certain that there is coverage by personal or family health and accident insurance.

Tennis Point NYC, Inc. is not responsible for any personal property (loss) left in the locker rooms, or any part of the facility

Cancelation Policy:

Please give at least 72 hours notice prior to cancelation in order to qualify to recieve a make up class. TennisPointNYC,Inc. will try to accommodate make-up class that will be given according to availability. Make-ups must be scheduled with the Director of Tennis Program. We allow a total of (1) make-up class per tennis class package.

Calculations of your notice are based on when email is received at Tennis Point Inc.
